I have always taken when I remembered, which is usually first thing in the morning. However, I have missed more than one dose and I try not to do that as it is YUK!

If it is too close say, less than half the day left, before the next I will wait until the usual time.

Be interesting to see what others say!

    Hope yer okay!

You could take one in the morning and maybe delay the next dose a little.  However it won't hurt to miss your dose for once, though you might feel a little heady.  As David says, missing more than one dose can make you feel quite euuuuk sad

      Hi Kate!

Hope yer well and Family good too!

I started work today (new job) after 18 months off and feeling really good! I took the time to find one I wanted to do, without having to take 'anything' that came along.

It is an early start 6:30am food delivery job which finishes by around mid-day with no stress working for and with people who ain't stressed either!

      Anyway, speak again soon!
