I have trouble understanding you due to lack of punctuation, but will try to help you.

I do not know why you were on 45mg of mirt.  That is too much to help with insomnia.  15mg or less is likely to be much better - so I recommend you stay at that.   Unfortunately it may take a while for your sleep to improve because you may suffer symptoms due to withdrawal from 45mg.   Best wishes.

Were you depressed before you went on it or it popped out ?

You should really sleep better at 15mg.

When did start to get worse as soon as you dropped from 45mg or more recently.

Maybe you could ask for another AD ?
