MOLDY TAMPON!!??

I am on my period I have all these other issues so I figured I would try and use tampons and I used them yesterday and I was mildly itchy but I thought nothing of it just period stuff. when I took it out I thought it looked a little wierd but shrugged it off..then this morning it was wierd too..so I looked at the tampon like pulled it out before putting it in my this time and there were little black spots..so I probably used at lesst two tampons with mold on/in them. what in the world should i do!? I'm freaking out they were under my sink for 2 months. i think the bathroom just got too hot but my other problems just started getting better now I use moldy tampons and I just need help what should I do. should I called somebody...should I go to the er? should I make a doctors appointment ? I just want to cry...my skin problems were finally getting better
