Moles appeared overnight

Hi i'm a 28yo male and I've noticed of several black moles appearing in my chest, neck and arms. I know that I might be stressing out on my own but I do recall having few ones but it seems I've gotten newer ones. I don't have any conditions that I know of but I'm worried because unfortunately I cannot get them checked by a specialist until dermatologist around my area open their outpatient clinics again.

Have anyone heard of any conditions that could increase your mole count? I know I should relax but i just feel so uneasy.
