Mono reactivated and new symptoms

Last week the virus reactivated after 10 months of being diagnosed for the first time with mono. Strangely enough, I have new symptoms except for the sore throat, tonsillitis, bad smell of mouth and headache/neck pain.

My back hurts. Also 2 days ago I started coughing. This dry cough is driving me mad, especially when I'm laying in bed at night. Chest pain is another thing, but I believe it comes from anxiety (I've always suffered from anxiety disorder - I take antidepressants for 5 years now). I'm terrified if it's something more serious than just reactivated mono. I have an appointment with the doctor next week. I was just wondering if coughing is a symptom of Epstein Barr virus?
