Hi.....does anyone pleeeeeease have any advice re what to take for complete rage followed by tears! I never even suffered this with PMT! I am taking the vitsB6 and 12 as advised, and although the anxiety/spaced out symptoms are somewhat improved, I still want to throttle my boss..

My peri was long, at least 10 years. I'm 56 now and a little over a year in menopause. It's getting better, but I've sought help and am now attending an extensive Mindfulness training program. I take no meds whatsoever.
I can recommend Mindfulness to all women who are floored by (peri)menopause, because you learn techniques to CONTROL the out of control feelings. By being gentle with yourself, for instance, because the harder you bash into those frustrating feelings, the harder they push back.
It's worth looking into.
To calm down you could also take Bach Rescue Remedy. The drops helped me when I wanted to throw a mug of coffee through the TV screen more than once.
