More questions than answers

I am a 33 year old female. Last year I started losing weight without trying. I am 4’11” and weighed 130 lbs. I went from 130 lbs to 90 lbs in just over 4 months. Within another couple months I dropped down to 80 lbs. I have had swollen lymph nodes, extreme weight loss, extreme fatigue, I constantly ache (joints, muscles). I have in the last few months lost muscle density and my muscles burn constantly. I have had an upper and lower GI scope and biopsy that all come back normal. Enlarged lymph node removed to test for Lymphoma, result was negative. A breast ultrasound and mammogram both were normal. Now Dr is looking at blood and autoimmune disorders.  He also believes I am having a malabsorption issue. I am seeing a Hemoncologist/oncologist. My RBC count is really high but my WBC is normal. I have a large amount of protein in the urine and was told that it wasn’t caused from a infection but has to do with my kidney function. We are currently waiting on more test results. So far the Drs have not been able to figure all this out. We know something is wrong but not sure what that “something” is. I started having severe lower back pain, which is believed to be from kidney inflammation. My current Dr. is now sending me 6 hours away to another specialist for a consultation.  Anybody ever had any of or a combination of these symptoms? I am just ready for answers so that we can treat it and move on!
