Your best bet usually is to get advise from you doctor who knows everything about your history. He look at your symptom and history too.

Is it safe to assume you have had a doctors diagnoses for Chronic Muscle Weakness, fatigue and nearo pain in arm and legs. If not whose diagnosed it ?

Also are you taking any medications ? Sometimes the medications can have side effects.

Lastly I think some people would want to understand a little more about you ? Age, any other things that maybe relevant.

That aside Anxiety is an awful challenge to have and it can provoke other symptoms and cause pain, and discomfort to any part of your body. the common areas thou are the chest  ( people feel the chest is tight, not dissimilar to a heart attack, so cause further anxiety ) , Legs and  Arms ( Pins and Needles, pain and numbness, Musclar tightness and pain, Head aches, frequent Urinatation,, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Acid in Stomach/Heartburn, Throat pain/Tight feeling n throat the list is endless. that said its always best to get the symptoms checked with routine checks
