I struggle with this every minute of every day. I had some stressful events in my life followed my a health scare/event that really hasn't been resolved. My health anxiety manifested out of all of this. I am now afraid of dying and think there is something terribly wrong all the time that's going to cause an early death. Lately, I am convinced I have a blood clot. Im terrified I'm going to have a stroke/heart attack/ pulmonary embolism. Last week following a routine lab, which came back showing my white blood cell count had dipped slightly caused me to have an anxiety attack convinced I had cancer/leukemia. I don't even recognize myself anymore. Health anxiety effects every facet of my life. I'm trying to get through this with meds and soon hopefully therapy. Good luck and know you are not alone.
