My biggest symptom

Does any one else's throat feel like it's closing in/tightening?? I get this feeling most of the time, I worry about it therefore causing panic attacks although I know it's probably only anxiety. But it's a horrible feeling. Any tips on how to ease it?? If only seems to go when I'm sleeping :-(

    hi cara,

    it is because the body is not relaxed so anxiety symptoms appear.  When you go to sleep the body calms down a bit and it stops hopefully.  Try controlled breathing exercises and see if that helps.

      Thank you, I feel like I've tried everything :-( totally at my wits end with if all. Going to BP back to my doctors tomorrow AGAIN go see of there's anything else she can suggest.
