My mother wants to defecate all the time when she having sitz bath. Is it normal?

My mother have external hemorrhoids and for the past days, it seems that it doesn'y go back to normal anymore. Any when she do sitz bath, she wants to defecate, almost all the time. I am just curious is it normal?

    I would have her see her doctor. They may be able to give her medication to calm things down. As for needing to go, warm water sometimes does relax things and give that need to go type feeling. Also, if she has external ones then she may also have internal as well. Sometimes alone those make you feel like you need to go and the same goes if she has any swelling. Definitely in the meantime, have her try her hardest from getting constipated.

    I'm at the doctors right now.

    She actually told me to do the same as the muscle will be relaxed in the hot water.
