had unprotected sex on a monday, then had oral the next day but with protection

and lately my penis is feels sore after ejaculating, and as of now I feel like my penis is burning. what do u think it is? it's not itchy or anything but its been bothering me as it's a little sore . It does not burn when I pee. and currently there no discharge.

theres also some red spots forming on the head of my penis it's been like this for 3 days already. help!

just came back from dr visit he said it could be herpes simplex virus, my life is now ruined bro f**k 😥
