Okay so I recently had sex for the first time with this girl! I didn't use protection since it was both our first time, she's on the pill, low eggs, and about to have the rod put in so she can't etc! Now my penis is red at the bottom of my knob and has a few red dots! No pain, discharges, (very slight itch) but I don't know what's wrong!!

If she was not a virgin you might have contracted something. Google to see if your symptoms relate to an STD

Virgins dont always bleed...that is a myth. She seems very clued up about birth control.  Dont know what you mean by the rod...IUD?  Whatever has caused the rash you need to be checked out, and better to use a condom than trust anyone .

A rod is a contraceptive implant put into the arm , lasts about 3 years then has to be removed through minor surgery and re-implanted ,

Just to be sure i would get a full check up either at the GPs or your local GUM clinic to make sure you dont have an STi , and in future use a condom , better to be safe than sorry

Condoms aren't just for pregnancy prevention Jimmo. Even virgin boys and girls can carry viruses. The pill isn't foolproof, low eggs isn't No eggs. Protect each other. You can post photos here, and people can look at the redness/spots. It may be nothing other than introducing the tender skin (that has only been exposed to your own urine/semen)..being exposed to vaginal fluids.

If it persists, have a regular GP look at it...don't be embarrased...they've seen it all.
