I have applied ice, hot water but still nothing is happing. My doctor is saying it's maybe from water infection.. But if it is, then why I'm experiening the pain while walking ? Is it some other thing ? Kindly help me.

Morning, you havnt got an ingrowing toe nail developing have you? im sure you would know if you had but justa thought, cant see the connection between your toe and a water infection, i presume you mean like a bladder infection?

No, I haven't got ingrowing nail developing... The pain occurs only when I'm walking. I also face the pain when I'm shaking my leg very fast. There is nothing I can see, so, I think something wrong inside. Is it arthritis releted problem ? I also lifted some heavy weight stuffs... Is is the pain occuring for that ?

I have marked the affected area in the picture attached.

Harmless edema,"water infection" is a good expression.Apply over the counter xylocain gel and puncture with a sterile needle.Let your doc do this.
