My son has many symptoms one includes feels like his head and body are being squeezed

We  have been to many types of doctors and so far he he not feel better.  Some of the other symptoms are headache, spacial orientation, muscle spasms including eyes, memory/concentration issues.

    When i first started getting migranes I had muscle spasms too and concentration is extremely difficult so to me it sounds like the start of migranes but I'm not a doctor I'm just going off my own experience
