    Hi Karen,

I am the exact same way. I take a childrens vit. etc. Too much of anything messes with my already 'off 'system.

I've had this too Karen.  I just stopped taking vitamins because they seemed to make my symptoms worse.  B vitamins at just the recommended dose caused anxiety, I actually stopped it and started again to test if it actually was, and yes, it was.   I spent so much time stopping and starting that I just gave them up.  Now just make sure I eat a balanced diet with all vitamins included.  The only thing I take now is D3 every second day because I don't get enough of that one.  And yes, the vitamins actually make me have hot flashes.  You can't win!

ha, I have a cupboard full of bottles with only a few gone from each. I had to get the doctor to prescribe vitamin D as the shop bought ones didn't agree with me neither.  Our bodies are ultra sensitive to everything at this time.  I've even become sensitive to the sheets on my bed, feel like lead weights sometimes, comes and goes too, like everything else in this madness.

I bought some vitamins as well for me to take, I find it makes my condition worse and had to stop, especially when you are  bloated, upset stomach, gas, it makes it worse, so now I just eat lots of fruits and veg and fish.

Not sure.............B6 is supposed to balance hormones, but maybe your not down on it, so thats why its having that affect, so, could be the same with the others, try only taking these when your on a peri flare, and not all the time if that is what your doing, you may find you dont need them when your symptoms settle!! so only take them during a flare up, if they are having that effect on you, im tempted to say you dont need them, you could try changing the B12 for folic acid instead for iron, just drink water to bring minerals up like magnesium, switch b6 to niacin see if that makes a difference, niacin is more for nerve strength like b12, whereas b6 is for hormone balance, and during early peri hormones fluctuate, so maybe you just dont need them yet!
