Neck and back pain

Have any of you had heartburn or reflux pain that sometimes refers towards the back of your chest? Like, instead of having it toward the front, in the center of the chest you feel it more to your back and it can radiate to the neck and shoulders. Don't know if it's associated with heartburn but I do get it if I eat one of my heartburn food triggers.

Yes! This was happening to me a few weeks ago and it really freaked me out at first. It went away after about a week. Just try to take it easy and not eat anything that might be a trigger.

Thanks Nik68310! At least I know I'm not going crazy. The first thing I begin to think is worse case scenarios. At least I'm not alone. I will try to do better with the foods that can cause this. But those are the ones I love most, like Spaghetti with marinara sauce and the like. I absolutely love Italian food. Then last week was my wedding anniversary so me and my husband went to a Mexican restaurant. Big no no! I think that's what set this round of heartburn off. I do good with avoiding those things and then I fall off the wagon.
