Neck Twitchiness & Pain

Posted , 3 users are following.

I've been worried over these weird neck pains, on the front, left side of my neck. It twitches and there's an achy pain there, like someone is squeezing the area. I've also, been off-balance and dizzy, sometimes nauseous, as well. I've been hydrated. I'm just not sure what this could be. I keep feeling like I have a blood clot or something.

I get that slap-feeling in my neck, as well... It's just, I feel like I'll die in my sleep, if I try to sleep, so it takes me a while to fall asleep. My mom's always said I have a "fear of death," and she's right. I've always been a bit anxious, but I never had an anxiety attack, without a reason, until November of last year. Everyone has "normal" anxiety, but mine was a little bit worse than that; just not severe, until then. I have racing thoughts, rapid heartbeat/heart palpitations, trouble catching my breath (I often think something is wrong with my breathing), shakiness/trembling, depersonalization, etc... rolleyes I get jolted when i'm tryin to fall asleep at night, and I get woken up by my anxiety (I've also, been having nightmares every night, for 3 week's now)...
