I discovered what appeared to be a lump under the skin that was painful to the touch while in the shower. Rubbing of underwear against it would cause pain. It increased in size before going back down. I applied pressure to it after using a warm compress and some pus came from it. Now it looks like it has 2 heads. Freaking out !
