Need help figuring out what this is

i just shaved and saw these little bumps but they dont hurt nor do they get itchy should i be worried ?

google it it is contagious therefore u should not share towels or have close skin to skin contact i would see a doctor to confirm that thats wat it is as it can last for anything from 6 months to 2 years
