I don't think you have an obstruction. You would be deathly sick. Have you tried any fiber fluid powders. They help you regulate your bowels. Also laxatives can help relieve bouts of. constipation. Also if you don't consume anything you won't have anything in your system to create stool. I tinkle with cannabis to help with appetite. It helps tremendously. You need to find ways to help your appetite. Good Luck.

hi, you should make sure to drink plenty of water. the colon is the part where the body absorbs the water and if there is not much, the stool will get very thick and dry. start your morning with a glass of luke or hot water. lemon and ginger infused helps with regular stools. or a sip of olive oil
Also eat plenty of vegetables and fruits and take magnesium at night.
akso take enzymes with your meals.
vitamin b12 is also great and many people are low on potassium which is helping with the fluid regulation in your body. and healthy fats are important as well.
in addition make sure to exercise (walking, riding a bike) to get that gut moving : )
and not sure how your diet looks like, but stay away from unhealthy food and dairy can cause constipation as well..
hope this helps
in regards to your appetite.. it sounds like your hormones are out of wack.. there is a hormone that tells you that you are hungry. with a healthy diet, enough fluids and exercise, it will all balance out and your body will work properly again.
