Need help! What is this??

So i went to the doctor about a week ago for having pains, itchiness, discharge, and a weird smell. my doctor said i had BV and prescribed me an antibiotic. i took the antibiotic for a week like i was supposed to do. the day i was supposed to stop taking the antibiotics, i noticed pain while urinating. ive had this before though from slight tearing from having sex. but it usually goes away in a day or so. Now it has gotten way worse and little sores keep popping up and its very painful. ive googled just about everything and im really hoping that it is not an std. i have been with the same partner for almost two years and he swears up and down that he has not been with anybody else and i believe him. i have a doctors appointment tomorrow but i thought i could maybe find some answers on here to ease my anxiety image

    looks visually like herpes to me, a swab test would give you an accurate diagnosis.
