Need non-NSAID for traumatic Brusitis

Posted , 3 users are following.

The major treatment for traumatic Brusitis is an anti-inflamatory. Due to my (stage 4) CKD, I can't have any NSAID's. What do you recommend , either OTC or perscription, to work a as anti-inflamatory.

Thanks

    Hi,

My nephrologiist told me that you can use the ibuprofen gel in moderation.  Because you rub it into the affected area, it does not get absorbed much. I get bursitis and it helped settle it for me.
