Need some advice please!

Okay so I suffer from anxiety and I hate walking places and going out especially on my own. And in about an hour I have to walk to the doctors by myself it's about a 20 minute walk. Anyone got any advice if I start to feel really anxious or panicky when walking??

    Use headphones while walking or make stories or songs in your head (i do it all the time and almost forget im outside lol). Just try to focus on something and relax. Good luck!
