Need some help! Is this herpes ?

so i had protected sex with a girl who has herpes 16 days ago and. right after we had sex i applied hand sanitizer to my whole private area 2-3 times that night (really dumb i know). ever since i've had tingling some burning and a little bit of pain for a couple days but no sign of any other sympont other then the feeling of my penis area to be irritated. the last 5-6 days its been getting better but wondering what this is on my scrotum. is it just imflamed or is it the start of herpes? quite worried any help would b greatly appricated!imageimageimage

      was drunk at the time, and very uneducated about herpes. had a mini panic attack and thats how i reacted. been worried ever since.

    hey still having some discomfort, seems to being getting a little bit better, been putting hydrocortisone cream and polysporn on its a couple times a day. seems to help a bit but still one spot that i think is suspect. just seems to b taking longer then i thought which makes me nervous image
