need support

Every day I feel the need to physical symptoms of anxiety the chest pains, pains down my neck arm, dizziness, nausea. This is scaring me everyday and constantly feel as I'm going to pass out & not wake up! Can anyone give me some help what to do when this happens! Thanks

    As i have been facing anxiety for a long time, i must amdit that there are some disorders but most of them we are inventing on our own which is very bad..

      We also tend to absorb symptoms we read about or someone else talk about which really stinks. Like we are pros at manifesting negative stuff. Be nice if it worked in reverse too we would all be millionares by now

    Hi Stephxx07 I can tell you your not alone when it comes to being scared of this dreaful disease hat somehow invaded our body our everyday life of living breat free. I can tell you I have been to the emerency room 152 times I wait till the last absolute minute before I go cause some of the ER Dr. have never seen Stridor before just to give you a example imagin you are suffering to the point where you thou might die well Stridor doubles that feeling i am scared to I have never gotten use to asping for breath or not eing able to swallow my food . I was a star athlete someone who was always captain of the football team now I am so disabled that I can baely have a life. Hang in there I do I tried to commit suicide 3times not the answer either so please remeber that it will pass soon ok Eric K
