New gap formed between a Crown that was done 4 months ago?

Hello,

I had a crown done on my molar 4 months back and it was all fine and dandy. But a few weeks ago food is now getting stuck in a newly formed gap between my crown and other tooth.

I went back last week and she filled the bridge but she told me the problem is I am grinding my teeth which is creating the gap. The bridge now starting the break away and the gap is returning.

I don't know what could have caused a gap to form or what I should do.
