Hello for past 3 weeks i have had following symptoms , dont know if there anxiety related

I have been having what feels like internal trembling, really sore left shoulder and back pain...even hurts at night and will wake up with stiff neck etc

Went to ER and all tests ECG, blood , thyroid , sugars all normal

Last week i had an incident where my legs felt really weak and was sweating

Some nights i wake up with sweat but the past 2 weeks i have had very little sleep , wake up every hour sometimes even more?
