Hi Cysters

Thought i'd start a new page cos last 2 are getting abit long  .

Ive got an annoying pain in my right groin which is the side my cyst is on so i'm assuming ive done that yesterday doing some polishing cos i was on and off a stool, i'm really nerves for tomorrow cos i'm going on my own cos hubby is working, i'm annoyed with him cos he's got thurs off and he probably cud have swapped but he's not even suggested it, all he's bothered about is me going bk 2 work.

Talking of work one of my managers txtd me 2 day to see how i went on at the hospital so i told her it's 2 moz, i just feel i'm being pressurized, i know i need 2 go bk especially cos of the money , i just want to scream at them and say what about me, get of my case. :x

sorry for ranting Kim xx

    Hi Tracey

Sounds like things are moving on - one way or the other. It is unacceptable that you have been made to wait so long when you could have gone private weeks ago.

I hope you get seen very soon.

    Take care.

    Hi Tracey

Did they phone you back yesterday regarding you going private ?

I really hope you get somewhere 12th nov is to long for you to wait, you need to write a letter and complain about the waiting time and all the hassle you've had with cancelling your CT scan etc.

Had a really bad start going bk to work, traffic really bad took me an hour and 20 mins to get to work, which should have took 20 - 30 mins, then my stockroom looked like a bomb had hit it, loads of paper work hadn't been down and i couldn't find the discount list, so i phoned my cluster manager, i was nearly crying with temper basically i told her i wished i hadn't come bk and the way i feel they can keep there job, she said don't be like that and i told her she can't see the conditions ive got to work in so she's coming to see me tomorrow, half of it is boots fault they dumped stuff in my area and all the boots manager said well it's christmas

weve got no room :x , so tomorrow might be handing my notice in.

    No Kim

They didnt phone back. Mark asked me if I was phoning her today and I said I am sick of chasing them around I am worn out with it all.

I have had about 5 people tell me to go to A&E now just so they have to treat me.

I would love to know which part of Lancashire NHS is winning all the awards because it isnt Blackpool Vic

I am not too bad today and ae some tea last night so waiting to get my next batch of pain then taking myself in enough is enough

Kim thats awful what you went back too I hope your cluster manager sorts it all out for you and it doesnt come down to you handing your notice in. I hope today is a better day for you sad

    Hope everyone else is ok.

    Hi Tracey

I agree, next time you feel bad you should just go to A&E. Tell them your history and hopefully they will be so ashamed they will admit you.

I am still pain free at the moment, although have had a couple of minor twinges. My husband has been working away for a week but came home late last night. Sorry to be crude ladies, but I'm hoping that when we, you-know  , I'll be able to tell for definate whether it's really gone or not!!

I have my follow-up appointment on Monday so I want to be sure before then.

    Take care everyone.

    Hi Jill

    Enjoy your night

But you will know once and for all on Monday

My consultants secretary phoned back they have brought my appointment forward to the 5th still a bit away but he is away for 2 weeks but in the meantime he is looking at my notes to see if there is anything else to do to help me as he doesnt want me suffering in the mean time I told her of I took this and was in pain again should I just go in and she said yes

I had the option to go private but it was a rush as it meant I would need to go to my Gp for a referal to post to his secretary at Bupa so I opted for the 5th November. She did ask how I was feeling and at that moment in time I was pain free :?

His secretary only works part time which is why I have struggled to get hold of her

This afternoon I threw up after feeling sick all week but no pain as of yet.

    So watch this space LOL

Yipee you've finally got somewhere, but the 5th is still 3wks away, as soon as you get any twinges you must go to A & E and explain how you are and what's been going on etc.

Having a better day been shopping with my son, it was lovely not done that in ages, back in work 2moz hopefully it will be better.

    take care

Linda I am so jealous too wish I was going away to a hot beach. Have a great time.

Kim great to see you are not in as much pain now and glad the injections working.

How did it go at work the other day with your cluster manager?

Well guess what I had a pain free almost weekend LOL Only time it hurt was my back on a night which left me exhausted sunday but didnt do a thing. Hubby wont come near me now  incase he hurts me

    But.............

This morning my consultants private secretary rang and they could fit me in tonight. I rang my insurance company and they have ok'd it so I have an appointment tonight so fingers crossed I will finally know what it going on inside of me.

I have decided to abandon the NHS and after this is over am going to complain as they failed to treat me within the 18 week period they advertise and that I had to go private in the end to sort it all out.

    Speak later cysters xxxxx

That's great news - congrats! At least now you will get some answers & some action. I bet some of the pressure is melting away already?

I hope that by the end of the night we both have something to smile about.

Take care & good luck - don't forget to write down everything you want to ask! I have a very long list - my consultant is used to me now!
