Hiya, I've suffered from anxiety for years and I can vouch that those three symptoms can be anxiety. However, if it continues for a period of time it could be an inner ear condition called labyrinthitis! I had this 5 years ago and surprise, surprise it can be brought on by stress but its also nothing to worry about and will clear on its own x

Thats been me for years. Thought it was peri menopause, now post menapausal and any stress makes it louder. I Was diagnosed with TMJ and made a custom mouth splint which helps it a lot. Yiu are hearing your blood flow actually unless you have an ear infection or your eusattian tube is blocked from something other then your jaw muscle(tmj) aside from the mouth splint to sleep in nothing much else would work. Antibiotics for an infection or a soft cutom made night gaurd for sleeping. Dizziness accompanies ear stuff and jaw stuff. Ginger and lots if it is helpful. It takes time to adjust to its zesty flavor but eat about a inch of it a day..boil it in tea, oickled from a sushi store, juice it in a green drink, boil ir into a soup, eat candied ginger. But get it into your body. Ginger aids dizziness and great for the belly and reduces inflamation so its a win win all around.
