Hi hoping I might get some advise/reassurance. Been taking citaloprame for a week 20mg which made me so tired I reduced it to 10mg. Feeling slightly less tired but still anxious. Anyone had similiar experience please ?

taking Citrolopram  just for 1 week, will not help you ,as it  takes  at least 6/8 weeks to build up the ssri in your system ,before that you will feel tired whilst it is building up inside you.If i may suggest you go back to what the doctor initially prescribed for you and give it more time, however if you don't wish too do that then go and see your doctor before you reduce your level.

Yes I’ve been on it for 2 months and think Im more tired now than in the early days. I take it in the morning because I like a glass of wine in the evening but I’m wondering if it would be better to take at bed time , may stop the morning anxiety also

don't reduce your medication unless the doctor has told you to do it.
