Hi everyone, I'm new to this so I am really thankful that I have found this website.
I started taking the tablet about 10 minutes ago, and being one for not taking meds am really nervous!! I don't know why - maybe its because of these so called incidents that people keep referring to!!
If any one has any valuable advise or tips, please, let me know!? I will be scouring this page for the seeable future. I am going to receive conselling referred by my GP every Monday, so I won't feel alone.
Thanx alot x :?

Its easy for me to say now but dont be nervous! If you eat sensibly there is nothing to worry about
My advice is stay postive and find yummy food which is low in fat! I know most of the gals on here eat muller lights as snacks,

Don't be nervous, you really shouldn't have any problems if you dont overdo the fat (no more than 15g a meal). Don't be too scared though and eat too little - you need fat for it to cut out fat, obviously! :D
I've found myself eating probably more than with normal dieting before I started, and eating yummy new things I wouldn't normally have got! I must say, since I've started studying labels I'm shocked how much fat is in some things!
Take a read through some of the posts and ask away if you have any questions, it's really a great resource!

I know maybe I haven't given the tablets chance to kick in, but I have noticed so far no side effects what so ever?! I am confused about what to eat. My doctor told me I could follow my normal diet, but surely if my eating habits aren't great I am not going to lose anything? I have eaten quite healthily today (my first day), but as I say - have had no side effects or 'toilet' problems. Can anyone advise me what to eat? Do I eat healthy, or follow my normal diet - which- may I add wasn't too high in fat to start with.
Please help me!! :?

As the girls have said, as long as ur diet is low fat (which ur saying it was anyway), and sensible. Cut out crap from it and substitute for healthy snacks etc.
Keep us posted....
Good Luck
