    Oops apologies folks the above link is only for ESA and WCA NOT Personal Independence Payments (PIP)

    Thanks, although i'm not sure what's updated about it because it still mentions if you get Incapacity benefit. No one claims this benefit anymore because those that did have all moved across to ESA.

      Hi,

      Do you mean the same PIP form for a review as you did the first time? Sorry but your question doesn't make sense so will guess what you mean. No, a review form is shorter the the PIP2 form, with multiple choice questions. Don't be fooled by the shorter form, add as much info as possible.

      It would have been better to have started a new thread with your question. Questions are very easily missed when added on the end of someone elses post.

      No worries. Don't forget to send all your relevant evidence because as with reviews they very rarely contact anyone for this. Putting your NI number on everything you send.
