Hi girls
How is everyone doing
I started taking the blue pills on Saturday after the doctor prescribed me them, im 23, 5'5 & 13 stone . Everything has been going fine and have been saying well within in grams of fat, do you think im finding it easy cuz im so new to it, im pretty sure it will get harder for me especially on the weekends. I was originally on the CD about 18 months ago and lost stone and half but piled it all back on.
I've been reading back on previous posts and alot of you have said about the orange looking oily stools but mine have stayed completly the same, do you think im doing anything wrong :? plus i've been trying to drink a litre of water a day
Many thanks

Welcome to the forum.
You aren't doing anything wrong in fact it sounds like you are doing everything right. You only get the orange stools and/or oil if you have too much fat.
I'm 5ft 5 and weigh just under 13 stone after losing more than 4 stone on these tablets in 11 months. Wish my doctor had prescribed them for me when I weighed 13. The GP's I saw weren't very helpful. It was a Nurse Practitioner who asked me if I'd like to try them.
Good luck on your weight loss journey :D :D

Welcome to the forum!
You may be finding it easy now, hopefully for you it may stay easy lol!
I found it took time to plan meals and to know exactly how much fat i was eating, also variety is what i found difficult, i now have it pretty much sorted though and i have been going 2 months, its my weigh day today
Another difficult factor is motivation, try and keep urself motivated, allow urself a treat now and again and dont beat urself up about it if you do slip, also have something to work towards/ to focus on!
Whats CD?
Good luck

I've got a holiday booked to the Dominican Republic for late June so thats my incentive at the moment. Plus towards the end of the year me and my partner are going to start trying for a baby so want to be healthier for that.
I am trying to variety my diet as much as i can so i dont get bored and 'fall off the wagon'.
Saturday i'm doing my 'signature dish' which is home made hot tomato pasta with cajun chicken, which is something i didnt think i would be able to do but i have looked into it and i will just have to lower the portion size and not put any gratted cheese on top.
Good luck with your weigh in :D

I have been on them for about 5 months, and the weight loss has been very slow but all in all I have lost 6kg, which as anyone will tell you better off than on.
I was one of those who had really horrific side effects, but they didn't kick in till half way through the 2nd week. I didn't go on to a low fat diet before, and because I didn't believe they would work, as I tried Alli, which had no effect on me at all, I tested them for a couple of days on them, and regretted it  Once I controlled my eating everything else fell into place and the weight lost started. Some people are finding it slow others fast, I think it all really depends on your start weight and how well you exercise, and stop snacking between meals.
Good luck x
