I am 30 years old. I have anxiety problem where I tend to look anxious or afraid when facingpeople who are rude or are likely to swear.
When I am staying at my parents' house a domestic worker swears at me because of my anxious or fearful look on my face. I feel a certain sensation in my head due to some chemical changes. When i sleep at night I find night discharge in my underpants. This is very traumatic physically as well as mentally. How can I avoid such a problem as this has made my social life worse. Is it because of weakness in my body. Also I had circumcision at the age of 22. Are circumcised people more vulnerable to such problem like nightfall due to swearing. Please advise.

Do you swear yourself? Were you a witness or victim of severe physical or verbal abuse as a child (until puberty)? Did you suffer any major stress/trauma? Your anxiety needs addressing because if this is the only symptom it is good to manage it before it escalates to other more complicated issues.
