hi all. Does anyone suffer from night sweats since being in citalopram . X

    Thank you for your reply .I am very cold through the day but sweat at night. Which I never have done. .

    Hi Samantha, I have the same thing at night too. It's one of the many side effects but does calm down after a while

    Thank you for your response life hanging . I have now been on citalopram for 6 weeks so hoping it calms down soon. How long did you experience for? I also get muscle twitching ? X

      It just gradually disappears alongside the other side effects and then you realise you feel normal again. I was on them for nine months last time, I'm only two weeks in this time. Good luck and keep checking this forum, it's great for reassurance.

    Thank you for your advice and support life changing. Is it normal to still get side affects at 6 weeks . .?x

      Yes it is, they should start to decrease in severity over time until you start to feel good for an hour, a couple of hours, a day and then you gradually feel your old self
