Nightmare menopause

Morning all,

I've been goin through menopause for last 81/2 years an i'm goin throu hell an back! I can't beleive all this is still goin on. I have aching bones,muscles,cramps! Pain in my back is unbeleivable an think got something wrong with me. Anxiety is starting up again,dry eyes/skin itching! Is there anyone else like this? xx

    oh yes ive had the anxiety for 10 years .... cant wait for this all to be over !! dont know who i am anymore !

    hi catherine - i am 61, started peri @52 years, meno @ 55 years. The last 3 years have been bad, but the last year has taken the cake - i hope that means i am nearing the end - & yes, i have had every symptom listed except chronic itching...cant wait for that one! i have never taken hrt, bhrt, bcp or AD's only vitamins & supplements -

    I most certainly do sometimes it feels like someon has smacked me on the back of my head blurry vision going dizzy crying shaking vibrating and loads more hun but you have to try push it aside hard I know. But really hope you feel better soon x
