No clue what this is...

Photos attached. Had some intense itching in a single spot at the opening of vagina on one side several months ago. Lasted about a week then went away. Tested positive for bacterial vaginosis in Jan, assumed that must have caused the itching. Now itching is back (BV was treated) and has lasted 1.5 weeks with no sign of getting better so i took a look. This white nodule is there. No idea how long it has been there. The nodule itself doesn't itch, it's like the skin next to it itches. No pain at or around nodule or anywhere else, no discharge, no other spots, no other symptoms. Itching is intense like contact dermatitis, so I expected redness but none. Seems really weird. Will make an appt with gyn but will likely have to wait a week+. Any ideas what this might be? imageimage
