have you seen a doctor?
i would have them check for lichen sclerosis, lichen planus, candida (yeast), and orher fungal/bacterial infections.
if all of those are negative i would look into skin diseases or hormonal problems that could be causing extreme dryness.

yeah im 23 and i have similar issues going on. my doctors still havent been able to identify the cause. it was mentioned to me by one doctor that its worth checking ur hormone levels because low estrogen can cause extreme dryness. hormone levels can be affected by many things such as stress, birth control, and underlying thyroid issues.
however, i personally think that looks more like some type of fungal infection. try using an over the counter antifungal and see if it helps. also, olive oil has natural antifungal properties. i have been using it in the area and i have seen a difference.
keep going to ur gyno and pushing for more tests!! hope this helps!
