No pleasure in penis

Hello i am 18 yrs old and facing this really embarassing problem

As far as i know, i never felt pleasure from penis. In fact i didnt come to know what masturbation is until i stumbled upon it on net(then it made sense to me what my friends discussed about jerking). Then i tried to stroke my penis, but i had an orgasm just without any stimulation. And my orgasm isnt like ooh ooh stuff...i just ejaculate, my body contracts..and thats it. It has been like that forever.

On researching more, i found that i had pinhole phimosis. So i worked for weeks on stretching and eventually cured it(my dumb uro had suggested circumscision). But after curing phimosis , the problem started becoming more clear. It turns out i have no pleasure feeling in my glans too. And touching the glans hurts instead of pleasure. Also, if i touch it hard and then lift my finger off, i feel a twitching of nerve in groin(no pain though). What is this??? On the top of that, i have no feeling on my forest in too...i pour hot water on foreskin...it doesnt detect. Which problem do i have?? Can it be cured?

I don't get much pleasure feeling from my glans either, but I do get lots from the foreskin.

Did you really have pinhole phimosis?  That normally requires surgery (preputioplasty or circumcision).  How easily are you able to retract your foreskin?  Does it go all the way down and expose the ridge underneath your glans?

When i detected phimosis, the hole was very very small. Though it is possible it was not pinhole phimosis because my phimotic ring was somewhat below, the hole took a week to get enlarged so that i could see the meatus. Now i can pull it back to reveal whole glans.
