Noritisterone and long haul flights

Hi, been prescribed noritisterone to stop periods on holiday. Used it twice last year with no problems. Going away Wednesday so ordered some more and doctor said to be careful as we are on a long haul flight (12 hours). Both times I took it last year was on long haul flights too? really scared to take it now but my period is due anytime and it will ruin my holiday as i'm always really heavy not to mention the anxiety of flying and leaking. Anybody used it regularly and on long haul flights? I have bought flight socks to be safer too. Thanks
