Not a clue, please help

1 week ago my girlfriend and I were fooling around, she proceeded to suck me off but it felt like a stinging sensation, almost as if she was using her teeth. when she took it out, we both noticed that my penis head was very very red and these bumps starting coming to the surface of my penis head. the bumps then got to the surface of my tip and instantly opened up to become open sores. this all happened withing 5 minutes, the bumps appearing and opening. they got painful and sensitive to touch (because they are open) and the next day my 1 gland on the right hip only somewhat got irritated (have had way worse reactions in my glands), the soap I usually use has been giving me itchy balls for some time as well. my girlfriend and I have had 2 of the same partners (her girlfriends) and we had unprotected sex with both of them. went to an initial appointment and had herpes ruled out and had a topical cream prescribed (fucidin cream). used that cream for 7 days and had little change in the sores. went back for a follow up 7 days later and then got prescribed valacyclovir for herpes. got a swan test and just waiting, they dont really hurt right now. but any clarification right now would really help
