Hi guys, I hope someone can help..any feedback will be greatly appreciated. Back in January 2016 i was on a night out and me and my friend took some MDMA, yes i know very silly and my biggest regret. I can remember even before i took the drug i felt really stressed and was really worried about doing the drug, even at one point in the club it felt really stuffy and hard to breath so i went outside. Once in the fresh air i was ok. Anyway after a few drinks i took this drug and everything was fine, the morning after on the come down is when the problems arose. i felt completely anxious and panicky and couldnt get the sensation of a full breath. so anyway, since that morning until now ive experienced everyday problems with my breathing, ive done my research and it comes under a condition called Dyspenea. When i was reading what could cause this there was some serious health issues so i decided to get myself fully checked - ive had full heart and lung tests, seen endless doctors, and everything has come back all clear and its been put down to anxiety. i feel like im concentrating on my breathing all the time, sometimes i can get a full sensation of a full breath but most of the time it feels very restricted and i arent getting the sensation or satisfaction of that full breath. im 22, eat well, play football twice a week and train in the gym 3 times a week. since this has happened ive been extremely health conscious. I dont smoke but do have a beer on the weekends, its ok when im drunk but the hangovers cause my breathing and anxiety to be alot worse. ive never really been a anxious person before this. if anyone knows anything that could help me i would be extremely grateful. thank you
