    Hi rachel

Im sooo sorry your feeling this way. If you have been checked by your GP and all is well then the symptoms that your having are anxiety. I have lost the best part of 3 stone through not eating so i know what your going through.. i have good days and bad! The worst ones is when i focus on the anxiety, like as im typing this i have to leave to to my therapy and my hearts thumping my ears are ringing and i feel sick...you are not alone and need to keep telling your self this IS anxiety and im NOT gonna die...please try to eat as it will make u feel even worse..i tend to try little snacks little and often..i never stick to mealtimes as i feel presaure to eat it... take care x

I know rachel... i have convinced myself too on numerous occasions..and u stop and think im ACTUALLY Crazy.... but it does happen. I feel the phsyical symptoms of anxiety can make u feel so unwell thats hard not to be constantly checking that your not dying. Trust your gp take a couple of days to get eating...do a few things for yourself.. congratulate your self when u go a few hours without thinking thisway if you can.. its really hard tho...but baby steps smile xx
