I don't think you've lost your mind at all. I feel like this a most days too. Don't always feel sick but have a permanently tight head, chronic daily headaches, also get dizzy and now have tight painful neck and jaw too. Dr can't find any major issues, had blood tests, MRI , seen loads of people. They tell me it's tight muscles dye to stress but the only thing that stresses me is the pain. It's so weird. It's all got so much worse the past year or so and strangely enough that's when my periods have stopped. Tried HRt , made it worse. It's very frustrating, I feel your pain. Xx

    Dear fudgeybear

Yes i did have the nauaea in the mornings and sometimes in the day, i think the acid reflux which seems to increase in meno can cause nausea, i went on to have gastitis with mine which took ages to go, i avoided caffeine as this seem to increase the nausea plus fatty foods and alcohol! X

Hi there, I had terrible sickness and dizzyness.  It would come on usually in the evening and was so bad I had to go to bed.  I lost a lot of weight as could not eat.  It would last about two hours.  I also was freezing and used to shake.  I am now on HRT and this has stopped.  I think it was falling hormone levels as I had not had a period for 12 months and blood tests showed I was right in the menopause!!  I had terrible anxiety, bladder problems and sore joints.  Again since some supplements and meds for the bladder and bladder training plus HRT I am so much better.  My Doc also dismissed most of my symptoms and said I had a virus!!  Rubbish!! Yes, go back to your Doc and maybe ask to be referred to gyne.XX

I feel like this too.  I don't wake up sick, it seems to come on after I've been up a little while. I was awake about an hour this morning and then I started feeling headachy, swimmy headed, and nauseous. Doesn't happen everyday but when it does it's pretty miserable. Hope you feel better soon.

There are times i wake up feeling sick and anxious and sometimes cold

With me i have a thyroid problem and anxieties with it plus i take other meds too

You have not lost your mind its common

When you get up in the morning try to do some deep breathing and take your time getting out of bed and just take it easy
