Hi Ladies, sorry to do this but I need to vent! I'm feeling so awful, my BP has been spiking, hot flushed, fainty sensations buzzing through my head, tears....the works! I'm so frightened, trying to keep thoughts of woe at bay but just everything goes insane 😩 does it all get worse before getting better? will it end? OMG! I just want to be ok..tears....more tears.....sorry ladies for being woeful.

are you eating sugar, bread and pastas??? are you drinking caffeine?? stop. eat more protein, good fats like grass fed butter and coconut oil, lots of vegetables and some fruits. if you are telling yourself "i can't stand it", "i can't do this" "will this ever end", you have to stop that too. you CAN stand it. you CAN do this and it WILL END when you change your diet and your way of thinking. you may need to add hormones - speak with your doctor.  supplements like evening primrose (2000mg x2 day), fish oil (2000mg x2 day), b complex, magnesium, vitamin e, coq10, vitamin c will all help relieve some symptoms because deficiencies (check iron too!!) can cause anxiety and heart rhythm changes. drink chamomile or lemon balm tea with honey and a tbsp of coconut oil - delicious and soothing. take a walk after your evening meal - good for your gut and bp. little changes make HUGE differences. p.s. i had a total hysterectomy 3 weeks ago, but i started these diet/mental changes about 9 months ago... i'm barely noticing ANY symptoms at all. my doctor said i may be lucky.. i don't know. i have always had period and severe emotional problems, hence the episode (twice) being in the er for what i thought was near death. but back then i was eating poorly (sugar, bread pasta, little to no fruit and veggies) and telling myself negative things. it's worth a try, these changes.Â

Do you have a supportive family or friend you can off load how you feel at all Hun. I find that helps a lot as I was suffering so bad and finally went to the doctors said to him I was ok then broke down don't know where that came from he wants me to seek counsilling and change my medication but after off loading onto him I came home read up on some posts and changed my whole mind frame of menopause as realised it just not me and others are suffering as well. Just a little positive thoughts can change a lot of how you feel. Hope you have a better day today. Xxx
