Having symptoms but I don't want to over think

And psych myself out with all the pics I've been comparing to online...just reddish spots starting appearing on my genitals...they don't hurt it just itches down there time to time...I'm worried stiff and have been really busy so I haven't scheduled a doc appt but I just wanna know from ppl that are familiar with how it looks heres pic

    GO TO THE DOCTOR CARRIE. That's how it started for me.

    Do they open up into sores, any pus, do they heal?

      Like over night the leaking stops and it starts to kinda blend back with my skin but no puss or anything will come out once it's starts changing I've tried squeezing them it's almost impossible after a day to get anything out of them.....
