Not to sure red spot on head

It feels a bit hard . It just appeared a few days ago .ive been looking online. Is it herpes or syphilis even idk . Maybe you guys know a little more . I have photos

    Idk, it does kinda look like herpes and especially the smaller bumps around. I’d get into the doctor to check that out ASAP! Always remember to wrap it up, good luck!

      It’s most definitely not a yeast infection tho!
