Hi all have been on the tablets for 5 weeks as well as doing sw up to date have lost 15 1/2 pounds not been really good but have had no chocolate for all this time until yesterday craved choc and had two bars plus two packet of crisps . I was a bit oops what have I done however nothing has happened not toilet issues at all . I am a bit peeved because it was in the back of my head that if I had chocolate I would be in trouble as it hasn't happened I am now thinking well I can have chocolate are these tablets working . Anyone else been the same 😞

I've had similar yes - on my first week had fish and chips (yes I know I know I've had flack about this before !!) but to be honest it didn't really give me any major side effects .. tmi coming up - I do tend to have strange bowel movements so if the fish & chips did come through I hadnt really notices any difference if that makes sense?

Don't get me wrong I'm not going to have them again as I've got my head around the fact that the tablets won't work if I keep abusing myself with bad food.

Try and focus on being good from now on and don't beat yourself up about your blip - we all have times of weakness and this was obviously yours.  Think how well you've done so far and think of the rest of your journey ahead

Good luck getting back on track! x

I've never had any extreme effects, just that my tummy might be a bit grumbly for a couple of hours if I go to my limit, other than that the pills keep me a bit more regular than usual.

I think a big problem is people think that they're helpless against food when they're not. We can choose whether to be healthy or fat, just the same way as choosing a banana over a packet of crisps!

The pills aren't magic, all of your success is down to you, nothing else so you've got to take pride in that smile
