Hello guys! I noticed these white pimples on my private area.. Inner labia and near the opening. It doesn't hurt at all I'm just worried. What do you think it looks like? Is it an STD/STI?? Any help would be appreciated!!

they look like pearly papules
but also do you have a discharge that could indicate a yeast infection

I had watery discharge about a month ago then nothing it was really dry and a missed period. But now just some watery discharge after my period like I would normally have.
